Justin Drittler

Director

Justin Drittler was appointed Director of the Office of Emergency Management in September 2017 by former Pope County Judge Jim Ed Gibson.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Administration and Management from Arkansas Tech University.  Justin was the President of the International Emergency Management Student Association at Arkansas Tech University in 2003.  He began his career with the Pope County Office of Emergency Services Search and Rescue Team as a volunteer in 1997, then came to our staff as Assistant Director in March of 2005.  In addition to his many other responsibilities, Justin is responsible for the day to day operations of the Search and Rescue Teams and the Emergency Operations Center. Justin is also a licensed Emergency Medical Technician, and has received certification through the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR) for Managing the Lost Persons Operations and Search and Rescue Tech I.

Bill Teeter

Asst. Director

Bill Teeter joined Pope County 9-1-1 in July of 1997 as a Telecommunicator / Dispatcher. He was promoted to Dispatch Shift Supervisor in November of 2014. In October of 2017 he was appointed to the position of Assistant Director of Pope county 9-1-1 and the Office of Emergency Management. Bill currently serves as the OEM Assistant Director.  He is responsible for the day to day operations of the emergency management office and responds on calls.
