Records for Circuit Court

The Circuit Clerk issues summons, warrants, subpoenas, and writs authorized by the Circuit Court for Delivery by the Pope County Sheriff. The Clerk also maintains a file of all cases pending with the Circuit Court, as well as a record of all past court cases and their disposition.

Fees for some court filings:

                              New Case - $165.00

                              Reopen - $50.00

                              Summons - $2.50

                              Appeal from District Court - $150.00

                              Seal Records - $0.00

 

We can only accept money order, cashier's check, or cash

(except for $50 & $100 Bills) 

 

Recording & Passports accept checks. Child Support does not accept cash payments. 

 

Court Records can be accessed at any time https://caseinfo.arcourts.gov.

The Circuit Clerk Office is NOT permitted to give any legal advice nor provide fillable forms in Court cases.

We are not licensed or bonded to do criminal searches.
